How to check income, cast and residence certificate status



Hello Friends! How are You? I hope, you will be good. Today, I am present once again with a new post. 

In this article, I am going to discuss that how to check income, cast and residence certificate status online? Nowadays, income, cast and residence certificate is needed for getting preference in job and other places like college, scholarship etc.

As we know that the dream of our Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi (in 2017) is that to make digital india that means everything (like making certificates, electricity bill etc.) issued online by computer i,e all certificate is valid which is generated by computer and digital signature. 


How to check income cast and residence certificate status


What is Income Certificate? Why it is needed?


Income certificate is a certificate which is issued by Circle officer/Sub-divisional officer/ District Commissionar. It represents annual family income of any person. It is needed to show your family income, so that you could be able to apply scholarship and getting preference in any other places like college, institutes etc. Currently the validity of income certicate is only 6 month from the date of issue.

What is caste certificate?


Caste certificate represents your cast details. Caste certificate is issued by Sub-divisional officer or District Commisionar. It is used to getting preference in job and in college and also apply for scholarship. Currently (in 2017) the validity of caste certificate is not given but i recommend you that you should keep updated caste certificate that means you should keep current year issued certificate. So that you don't arise any problem.


What is Residence certificate?


Residence certificate represents your locality or residential that means you belong to this state or this country. Residence certificate is issued by Sub-divisional officer or District Commisionar. Currently (in 2017) the validity of residence certificate is not given but i recommend you that you should keep updated certificate that means you should keep current year issued certificate. So that you don't arise any problem.

How to check status of Income, Caste and Residence certificate online?


Here, I am going to discuss that how to check status of income, cast and residence certificate online in jharkhand? If you want to check your income, cast and residence certificate status online then you must have reference number or applying date. 

Reference number is a number which is generated when you apply for these certificates. These numbers likes JHIC/2017/12542 (this is for income), JHCC/2017/125421 (this is for caste) and JHRC/2017/1201 (this is for residence certificate). When you apply these forms in pragya kendra then pragya kendra gives a token. In this token, reference number and applying date are available. This token helps you to check your certificate status and also print your certificate after verifying from any location that means you don't need to revisited in pragya kendra to print your certificates.

Step 1 : First of all, go to serviceonline website and select your state name. Here, we select jharkhand because I belong to jharkhand state.

Step 2 : Then click on the Tracking option to track your application status.

Step 3 : Then a pop-up windows will be opened. In this windows, select "State Government" option and then 'SELECT YOUR STATE' and then 'SELECT YOUR CERTIFICATE TYPE' that means which certificate you want to check status. Then 'SELECT ONLINE' option and then 'ENTER YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER' in reference number box and 'SELECT APPLYING DATE'. 


FILL THE INFORMATION


Step 4 : After that fill the captcha code which is given and then click on the 'SUBMIT' button.

NOTE 1 : - If you want to check Residence certificate status then select 'Local Residence Certificate' option.

NOTE 2 : - If your reference number and applying date will be right and if it is showing a message box that Either reference number and applying date is incorrect then 'SELECT KIOSK' option instead of online option.


Where is it verified?


These three certificates are verified by the following officer :

1) When you apply for these certificates by pragya kendra then it goes to the RK (Rajswa Karmchari).

2) When these certificates are verified by RK then it goes to the CI (Circle Inspector).

3) When these certificates are verified by CI then it goes to the CO (Circle Officer)

4) When these certificates are verified by CO then it goes to the SDO (sub-divisioanl Officer).

5) If you applied these certificates finally verifying by SDO then now you can download your certificate. And if you applied these certificates finally verifying by DC (District Commissionar) then it goes to the DC and after verifying by DC office you can download your certificates.
